Cylinders and valves appear here only as accessory categories, at category level, with no separate pages and no model codes. List each accessory category you need, with quantities, and state the item the accessory belongs with.
What to include in your inquiry
A short item list with quantities gives the inquiry a clear shape. Add the destination market and the required standards for the order, so every item on the list can be read against the same set of requirements.
Before you order
Ask for the minimum order quantity and lead time before you order. Keep any confirmation received with the quote.
Reading the list back
Read the list back line by line before sending it, and check three things on each line: the label reads the same as the matching page, the item name is written exactly as you need it, and the quantity sits beside the item. A list that passes that check can be read without follow-up questions about what each line means, and a list that fails it should be fixed before sending, because a correction after sending costs a second round of reading for the whole list.
